One of the pillars of the project has been the direct training of professionals who work with young people. Intensive workshops and international training sessions were organised to address issues such as inclusive language, the design of activities that are sensitive to sexual and gender diversity, and the use of non-formal tools in sex education.
These training sessions not only transferred knowledge, but also fostered professional networks, collective reflection and the co-creation of pedagogical proposals. All the content generated has been integrated and validated for replicability.During the implementation of the project, coordination meetings were held with the participation of young people, youth workers and trainers from the four partner countries. These experiences made it possible not only to test the tools developed, but also to enrich them through intercultural exchange.
These training sessions not only transferred knowledge, but also fostered professional networks, collective reflection and the co-creation of pedagogical proposals. All the content generated has been integrated and validated for replicability, ensuring long-term impact.
